Tasting Notes
This delicious vintage is not a dry white but rather a semi-sweet fruity style. It was fermented in a stainless steel tank at 14 degrees and once the juice had fermented to the desired amount of sweetness the wine was centrifuged removing all the yeast and stopping the fermentation.

Viticultural Notes This
Alice Lillian Chardonnay 2008 is made from 100% chardonnay
grapes which are hand picked to perfection.
Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps to
conserve Australia's main water supply.
