Tasting Notes
This exciting vintage is for the lover of a sweeter wine. The grapes were fermented in a stainless steel tank at 14 degrees and once the juice had reached the desired amount of sweetness the wine was centrifuged removing all the yeast and stopping the fermentation.

Viticultural Notes Made
from 100% chardonnay grapes which were hand pruned and picked
to preserve the intense tropical fruit flavours of the vineyard.
Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps
to conserve Australia's main water supply.
