This young shiraz vintage is intended to be similar to a
true French rosé with its translucent colour and style.
It has soft fruity flavour with a clean finish.
It is made from 100% shiraz grapes and best served chilled.

Viticultural Notes Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps
to conserve Australia's main water supply.
