Tasting Notes
This elegant vintage captures the typical fruit characters
of Chardonnay grapes with its refreshing acidity.
Viticultural Notes The
grapes were hand picked and fermented in oak to produce a
dry youthful fruit flavour full of character
Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps to
conserve Australia's main water supply.
