Tasting Notes
Rich, ripe Shiraz grapes have produced a vintage full of
mulberry and plum characters.
Viticultural Notes The
grapes were fermented in French and American oak to balance
the berry characters with chocolatey oak.
Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps
to conserve Australia's main water supply.
