This intensely flavoured but well balanced sparkling Shiraz is sure to delight at your next dinner party. It is full of ripe raspberry jam flavours.

Viticultural Notes This delightful sparkling shiraz was produced from the 2004 shiraz vintage. The grapes were hand picked and pruned to obtain maximum flavour and quality. The vineyard is grown in a light loam soil with a gentle south easterly slope. It is watered by a drip system from a farm dam.
Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps
to conserve Australia's main water supply.
