Tasting Notes
Our award-winning fortified wine
is rich in flavour and depth. Made from our 2004 shiraz grapes,
which were grown in our vineyard in the southern Riverina
of New South Wales.
Spirit Of Yerong is soft and sweet on the palate with a smooth
lasting texture. This wine shows good tannins with a floral
nose and purple colour.
Spirit of Yerong makes good early drinking but has the balance
to last and is capable of ageing.

Viticultural Notes Yerong Creek Estate use a drip-irrigation system, throughout
their vineyard, with water from the local dam. This helps
to conserve Australia's main water supply.
